At first I just always assumed I had wide hips, but then today just a few centimetres above the hips I noticed there was a bump on both sides.
Its a fucking muscle i thought, and when i pulled them back my hip size just looked normal.

My waist is very small but my obliques just below are sticking out thus giving a hourglass shape.
How do I reduce this muscle?
Once its there is it even possible to completly take it off......its got too big and this may be the end of me.
