Unfortunately every step may very well be painful.... wrestlers have the MOST injuries of any sport. Some of the great wrestlers report having had as much as FIFTY surgeries. The parts of their body with the most surgeries are spine, shoulders, knees and hips. A wrestlers career is by no means long...it is high intensity and short lived. Too bad they don't sign more lucrative contracts given the sport and its popularity. Most of those guys will be around for five maybe ten years and it is over. A few have lasted longer, but the norm is just a few years and then years of surgeries, pain, medications etc...
