But getbig is the best bodybuilding forum on the internet today.

Rxmuscle is full of asskissers, fanboys, species nutrtion yes men, and 150lbs soaking wet "bodybuilders" who brag about not missing a meal that day ( oh brother ).

Muscular development has been a ghost town since palumbo left and shawn ray is running it into the ground.

Pro muscle has a bunch of juiceheads who only talk about steroids and "ripped glutes".

And bodybuilding.com, while funny at times is too full of teeny boppers with stories of how their on a cycle of creatine and put on 15lbs of muscle while taking their gakic 6x a day.

Now dont get me wrong, getbig isnt what is used to be, and sometimes the main board can get pretty stale, but this has to be one of the greatest communities on the internet.

I've never met him, but through my dealings with him on here and from other people he seems like a great guy. He lets us discuss men in thongs and such on his site for free.

nope, not really, just had enough of this for awhile, once u become consumed by this beast, its time for a break. As for plazmosis i could care less what someone thinks about it.
