Retired. Saw him at sydney fitness expo couple months back. Still huge

luke is doing fine... he will be guest posing at the northern territory titles at the darwin convention centre in october

recovered from a couple of hernias from what I hear...

I spoke to Luke on the phone this morning, he sounded well. Luke is gust posing in darwin on October tenth on the same card as Ronnie. He will treat it like a contest and maybe back on stage for the OzGP in March. He was at a show I emceed 3 weeks ago and was in great shape. He is still in Sydney.

chris cook spoiled some good genetics,needed to get harder,but man he had good shape,legs were really good.matt mendenhall comes to mind in comparision.

milos and luke said that luke was taking a compounded pharma t3 and that it was accidently mis dosed in mg instead of mcg...sio he was taking a thousand times more t3 than he thought he was. 50,000mcg.  he didnt damage his thyroid at all though, it doesnt work like that...he just fucked up his heart health. thyroid is pretty much invincible regardless.

lmao! well, luke probably isnt worried about his heart as much as he is worried about being a fatty for his whole life... luckily the thyroid is impermeable and abusing thyroid meds for years on end wont have any effect on thyroid levels once the abuse is discontinued.

been with the same girl or 9 1/2 months. summer job of teaching swim lessons just ended. school starts back up on the 31st. looking for a job, hoopefully get aprogram director position at "give every child a chance"..a afterschool tutoring program,....   not much else.. life is life it seems... what about you mayn..
