100 pushups fresh, is pretty simple...If you have good tricep power, they would be easy to bang out. Now, 100 thre-point push ups (with elbows out and hands together like two pssing cars) is very, very hard to do.
I had a friend in college, everynight he'd do 250 diamond pushups. He'd break them up in sets of 50. 5'5 built Nigerian dude, he had unreal triceps...too bad he let the weed get to him and he became lazy.
