I think his fastest speed was 27 mph momentarily

I'm pretty sure Kevin Levrone can beat that though, probably Nasser too

actually he ran 27.8mph for 45m...

0.80 for 10m for 45m straight...

Gay was 0.815 for 10m for 40m...i.e. 27.45mph.

bodybuilders are faster because they can generate more power and so more speed due the bulging leg muscles.
