That is how I would like to look like permanently - sod competing in any shows. I think if he loses any more fat he'll come in looking too small and wreck his appearance.

Ronnie has improved. He looks huge relaxed. I doubt anyone looks better just standing there. He isn't carrying much fat. The only time he got his due was in Melbourne. Usually, for some unknown reason, he gets overlooked. A pity because he has a great physique.

Maybe it's that judges outside of Oz like to see a huge, wide back? That's the only thing that Ronnie doesn't have. His back is weak compared to many of his enemies, and when you look at how strong he is in regards to symmetry & proportion it's surprising how weak his back really is.

He's perfect from the front, but he still needs a back. If he can get more back size his placings will get better.

He always comes in off peak, if he could get the conditioning down he would be very good.
