Grill your chicken breast on the bone with a couple corn. The pull off the meat and chop into chunks. Add salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice, some celery salt, a teaspoon of horseradish, chopped chives or green onions, cut the corn off of the cob and mix that in and then add a little mustard and then Olive oil Mayo until its at the consistency you like.
