I won't state my true view, but I will play devil's addvocate...

What about the few of us in this thread that don't want to see  Mark fight  anymore for the simple fact like you said he has two little girls to raise and be a part of their lives. look at the pounding that he suffered at the hands of Fedor. If  Tito or anyone else comes at Coleman full out, do you really think he can defend himself. Not taking anything away from Coleman, but a page, rashad, Lyoto, Rua, Tito, etc. could cause some  serious head/brain trauma if they took coleman deep into the 2nd or 3rd cause he has that much heart. I just think at a point as fans we have to put our foot down and let fighters know that they're time is up and that it is time to pass the torch. The best of the best  all  get  passed up by the next class in sports, MMA can not dodge this bullett just as every other sport.

Phil Baroni fits perfectly into what you have just described.  That bro can't even string a sentence together anymore.

He's also a drug addict...but I'm sure that doesn't contribute.

Is that a known fact in MMA circles?  What is he a big coke head or something? Not being sarcastic, but I remember Joe Riggs calling him a drug user before there fight last spring, and Phil got all worked up about it.  I just thought he meant Phil was juicing.

well....Lets just say juice isn't his only vice.Is it a well known fact in MMA circles?I don't know.People do alot of cover up & surround themselves with yes men to minimize negative things/stories with regards to lifestyle...I won't go into detail out of respect.but I will say MMA just like baseball had a wild west era were all drugs(not just roids)were very prevalent.
