Who was the body double in these movies?

In the new Hulk, with Edward Norton, and in the Watchmen as Dr. Manhattan, both movies used body doubles for the characters.  Do you know who they used?

In Lonnie Teper's cover story interview on Greg Plitt in Ironman Magazine (July issue), Lonnie wrote that Plitt's body was used for Dr. Manhattan character...

plitt works out at gold's gym hollywood, and weighs like 150...his legs are tooth pick thin...he drives a 100 class benz...

he's 6'2" or so, probably a very lean 210
