What I don't understand is this whole gender testing thing. Why not just put a straitjacket on and check for a vag? Are you suggesting a vag isn't enough? What kind of dumb liberal political nonsense is this committee up to?

as mentioned above, there are about 65000 children born each year with indeterminate genitalia. Sometimes the doctor chooses which is more dominate and uses surgery to repair things. Sometimes the doctor chooses incorrectly.
