Surely with added cardio you will just have to eat more so you dont feel like your starving.
I was thinking of bumping up my cardio from 30 minutes to 50 minutes a day but then I would have to add another meal just so i dont starve.
So it makes me wonder why bodybuilders eat so much when dieting while doing so much cardio (1 hour-2hours) instead of eating abit less and doing less cardio.
