how long is chicken good after its cooked while its been kept refrigerated?

i think i just ate some chicken tenders that had been cooked and sitting in my refrigerator for about a week.  am i going to get sick?

usually 4 days, then it's 100% safe to eat, after that you might be fine and you might not be :-X
