Jay needs to keep the reps higher if he wants that muscular Ronnie or Phil, or even Kai look. These 6 rep sets are good for size, but not striated muscularity that Ronnie was known for. Heavy and High thats how Ronnie did it! 15 to 20 reps per set.
Yeah, but Ronnies form is FAR from strict like Jay.You cant compare these two guys training style.
Yeh but ronnie was also the 8 time Mr Olympia so i guess the high reps worked for him
