Jay needs to keep the reps higher if he wants that muscular Ronnie or Phil, or even Kai look. These 6 rep sets are good for size, but not striated muscularity that Ronnie was known for. Heavy and High thats how Ronnie did it! 15 to 20 reps per set.

So you honestly think that if J did high rep training he would be more striated Its all in the diet/sup plan / how lean you get and dialing it in that brings out the muscle striations...
