deal with flat bench and tears?  my chest grows and havent done flat in years.  tons of leverage and seated equipment to stay away from it.

He did have the nose job done by then ..... But I guess the Massive use of juice makes it look different from today also......Btw,he speaks differently now

He was even bigger in 1997-1998. In 1996 he turned up at the Mr. Olympia at a flat 240 pounds (he overdieted). In 1995 he was 253 pounds onstage. In 1997 he was 256 pounds onstage.

Today he's 210-215 pounds MAX imo.

NO, he wasn't. He showed up at the 1996 Mr. Olympia weighing only 240 pounds and was FLAT compared to previous years. He was LEGIT 250 + pounds onstage in 1995, 1997, 1998.
