Dorian also said Ronnie would beat him. And I know ND is gonna say, " well Dorian said maybe, possibly, I don't know" but in the end Dorian said it! Therefore your point that "Ronnie said Dorian would win" is null.  And even moreso, Ronnie's comment was taken at a time where no one knew how dominate ROnnie was gonna become. Dorians statement was years after his career which makes Dorians statement of Ronnies superiority even more effective.

Oh and Gunter was awesome at that contest, wouldve beat multiple Dorians.  Its my opinion, just like Nasser and Shawn Ray should have also beaten Dorian.  Many people agree with this opinion so obviously its a legit one.

And yes Ronnie was caught slipping but at least Ronnie competed at multiple shows while he was Mr.O.  If Ronnie just wanted to show up once a year and do a couple European shows after the Olympia he would have never lost between 98 and 07.  Ronnie was a competitor and should be respected for that.

I get asked that question all the time, and I can’t really give an answer.  I have actually beaten Ronnie, but then he wasn’t at the stage he is now.  He is probably carrying more muscle than I did, but I feel I had better conditioning than him.  It would be close but that’s down to the judge’s decision as always.  All the things that we have in common – Lee Haney, Ronnie Coleman and myself – is that we are all stable mentally, training hard, not messing around partying.  You have to keep the focus and it’s usually the mind that is the deciding factor, over physical capabilities.
