Back in the day i was sumo-deadlifting 495 at a weight of 190+. I love doing sumos but i can't find a bar with the grip in the area where i need it. So i have had to revert to olympic style deadlifts. Yesterday i did 410lbsx5, but failed becuase of grip. Right now i'm about 186 but i feel...pussy-like in struggling with this weight.
What do you posers think?
