Great, just like the jay vs. dex videos they did lastyear. So it is already a guarantee dex and phil will be #1 and 2 regardless of how they or anyone else looks.

watchin this video, u can see dexter has that hard mature muscle that phil just doesnt have yet, because of that i think phil might have to wait til 2010 for it to be his turn.

Dexter still has the best shape in the ifbb and his conditioning is always top notch... I don't care how much fake looking insulin muscle Phil puts on... Dex beats him.

I didn't like the way Dex was doing the dumbell rows, instead of keeping a stiff leg leg like Phil--but oh well. Funny, how he said to Phil, "Now your breathin'"

And between sets of the machine curls, Phil saying, "What you think, doesn't matter"

And of course the bullshitting of their arm sizes...but you see the hardness of Dex's arms---that right there as someone said, is the muscle maturity, versus Phil's,

Gotta love the sales pitch from industry people. The Weider boys will
not lose to the MD boys when it comes to the winner. Will Flex Mag proudly
display an MD guy on its cover for its own prized contest? Only in fantasyland.
The only competition for the title is between Jay, Dexter and Phil. Thats why the
mag covers all three and will give it to the legit winner of the group. Even if all
three screw up their condition (highly unlikely) one will still win like Jay in 07.
