Looks good, but Wolf should've done a training video with DJ seeing as they were living/training together last year before the Olympia, they're really good friends, and there would've been lots of heavy lifting as basic movements... more fun to watch that kind've training imo... if he did do it with DJ they could've called it "gh15 takes the bb'ing world to school,,, get out pad and pen,,,,,,,, time to take notes fellas,,,"
