Photographed Heath training arms and shoulder yesterday at Armbrust Pro Gym. He's looking crazy. His quads and back have improved in a big way since last year. He and some of the other WEIDER guys are blogging on the FLEX site: http://blog.flexonline.com/ |

I cannot believe anyone is "schmoe-y" enough to listen in to a bodybuilding radio show.  Unless Phil is going to tell us about his love for insulin and how he stacks his anabolics, nothing he could possibly say is of any interest. |

phil heath interview = Mon aug 31st at 8 pm EST. Heath was talking some trash in that recent video training with Dex. They both were. can't wait to hear him open up on dex and jay. |

He was Better than Dexter Last Year however he was Beaten by Other .....
Silvio , Freeman we in better conditioning and X way more complete. The Hype is great but it will end soon.
Rule: Stay behind the line when posing Phil. Inching up with be looked at this year .
