Hey dudes thanks for the positive comments, just had breakfast and I'm out the door to go to work, some quick replies...yes, I have been hitting the legs as much as possible, I'm definitely not taking it easy on them I'm hoping to really improve them this coming year. As for my training..I train everything 2 times a week - 3 on 1 off - Mon-bi/tri Tue- shoulders/legs Wed- Chest/Back Thurs- Off then repeat...the way I do this is I train once in the morning at my house ( I have a pretty decent home gym set up) and then again sometime after I get off work from my day job, or on the days when I bartend it's once in the morning and once before work (gotta get a good pump for the ladies

which my shift starts at 9) When I train at my house Its bi's, shoulders, & chest and these workouts are usually no longer then 35-45 min, I'm usually slamming coffee in between sets and honestly I get some of my best workouts at home.
