Thanks man, I definitely know through experience that I always get more girls in the summer when I'm lean, but there comes a point in time where you stop working out to impress chicks..I think I'm pretty much at that point...another funny tid bit, Milfs tend to like the kind of bulkier look I'm beginning to find out lol..

Legs training is going well, they have pretty much been sore for an entire year  ;D, I actually really enjoy training them now, and I get pumps in them now, where as before I would just feel pain and soreness lol..

Thanks, glad I could inspire you, depending on the structure 170 can look impressive, Lee Labrada used to compete at 175 so....also if you create a good V-taper it will create and illusion that you look like you weigh alot more then you really do.
