Just stepped up the training a bit. Dieting for a show. It's amazing what can be achieved with a bit of hard work

Was just speaking with the show promoter and learned that I'll be competing against Jonah Lomu lol. We will be in the same division. BF might know who he is..... for everyone else he is up there as one of the greatest rugby players of all time. Had kidney problems which ended his rugby career and has now turned to bodybuilding.

Yeah it's crazy. his trainer is the same guy that is training Moe Mossawi for the Olympia

All sorts or rumors circulating about how he's looking. Will be interesting to see.

Yeah, great player. Guy was a beast from what I've seen. Too bad he failed miserably in his attempts to make the NFL. Proof positive that NFL > rugby!

He will have good size, so I will have to beat him on cuts. I am looking for an assless thong to emphasize my glutes even more.

He floated ideas of joining the NFL to see what he would get offered. Dallas made an offer apparently. His talents would be wasted on that sham of a "sport" you call NFL.

Joe Ulberg is training him. The comp is Wellington Champs on Sept 19..... I'm thinking of doing a different qualifier and maybe see him at the Nationals....
