Vince invented wrist supination, before him people's wrist were all inflexible.

He also invented the leg press and the Smith machine, which should be called Vince machine, but he was broke at the time and couldn't afford the patent fees.

Vince is Vince Goodrums mean step dad.He verbally, and sexually abused Melvin to the point he turned gay and has disillusions of grandeur.The good news, he taught Vince all his bodybuilding "tricks" his diet, aswell and training.Thats why he is an icon in the bodybuilding world and on the  internet.He also get him a good education about man to man interaction so he was well trained for Queen Vissy, lol
