The dude at HI-Health is cool and gives me a shitload of free sample Protein packs whever I go in there.

And I have found that when I rip the package open like a fucking retard and the shit flies all over, like in the Muscletech ads....I feel pumped up for the rest of the day and I get in a killer workout!!!!!!
