and hear is your fearless champion leader following in "jeff+s footsteps , I tell you why ive been working out nearly two decades when i was 8 i thought i was the true master and could beat up any kid now i realize who the true masters are and the mirror that i place before them to live in there tactics. as you can see i am opressing the beleif that anyone is superior but rather so closley challenged  naturally in actuality, stupidity and other things, its time for a change, not obama with a make beleive route to change, but a johnny jeff rodriguez method that can be seen for what it is

Johhny I was natural, for 15 years, and competed naturally for 10 years .You cant get that dry and hard, without  going low carbs.Its just not possible.I read Dave Palumbo's site, and he is a a low carb, higher fat diet.
Natural guys on ketogenic diets cant do alot of cario otherwise they wither away to nothing.I wouldnt do more then 30 minutes a day tops.
The guys looks good, he isnt huge, just small boned, and lean as hell

well im ususually in an non-airconditioned unit during my work hours, this makes fatloss or energy expenditure more rapid, thus its reasonable for me to eat alot of fruit because my metabolism is comprimised by its environment and activy to a lesser degree but still quite profoundly.

if i were to eat anything that tastes "better" that gave me a higher form of energy than fruit , it would most likely be attached with some fat, so if i must have fat , better to eat it in the morning, fat calories are really non filling and only make you more addicted to alot of food IMO

variations of keto diets havent worked for me, although i had HIGH energy on keto diets i would always overeat on the fats

the diet i proposed is way more physically filling and lacks tasty fat, after a while you forget that high caloric ingredient, one may replace fat with beer to kill a food craving

Falcon you do have a fast metabolism plus your a ball of energy, so you would need alot of fat on a ketogenic diet.Plus since your body burns fat quickly you would have use fat from natural peanut butter, and red meat.Flax Seed oil, Safflower oil and Macadamia nut oil would burn to quickly for you.After 30 minutes you would crash and burn.You need a more dense molecular structure of fat.
So as Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, Peanuts, Almonds, Red Meat,and Avocado.Don't use MCT'S, the stuff causes cramping, and the runs, unless you like sitting on the toilet,lol.

i wonder how many vitamins id be absoribing with your diet compared to a fruit and veggie diet with pea /bean protien

i am thankfull you are responding because we can know for sure in these thread return what is true

then again i have a pre-beleif  that i could never maintain a caloric deficit with those foods, or sustain the activity needed to turn it into muscle, although i would be conviced or psuedo conviced if its true that id get more vitamins through your diet than mine, this would mean more building going on but im not sure if i could keep bodyfat low

with 12 grapefruit and 12 apples id be getting 10,000% of vitamin c. If i modified your diet by adding in plenty of dark greens and no fruit for VITAMIN A content and VITAMIN K content i wonder if i would absorb more basic vitamins at a higher rate THUS needed lesser amounts

i do know for FACT that with HIGH FAT eating id have alot more energy but still probably require same amount of sleep . even now i cannot pinpoint my sleep patters as they become ever more unpredictable even more so when you tie it into diet

An example of a high diet low carb diet

7am 50 grams of protein from Egg Whites, and 4 egg Yolks
       1/2 cup of oatmeal
9;30 am  3 scoops of protein
             1/2 cup of oatmeal

12;pm 9 oz of lean meat, steak
        2 cups of salad or greens with 1 Tablespoon of Safflower oil and applecider vinegar

2;30pm 3 scoops of protein powder
           1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

5pm   10 oz of lean meat, steak
         2 cups of salad with 1 tablespoon of safflower oil and applecider vinegar
7:30 pm 3 scoops of protein Powder
            1 table spoon of natural peanut butter
10;pm    50 grams of protein from egg whites with 4 yolks

The protein powder you Should use should be low carb preferably an "Isolate, or at least 80% Concentrates, not having more then 5 grams of carbs per serving

Mon and Wednesday                    Tues                                    Thurs

1. 1 dozen egg whites                1. Water fast                    1. 2 dozen egg
    2 yolks                                   -water only(2gals-min)        whites/4 yolks
                                                 4grams Vit-C             
2. 1 pound of chicken breast           1 Lemon/ACVinegar         2. 2 cans of tuna
                                                 1 with nature today
3. 6 oz of buffalo                                                            3. 6 oz buffalo

4. 1/4 can of almonds                                                       4. 1/4 can almond

5. 2 bags of success brown rice                                          5. 2 cups oats

6.2 cups of oats                                                               6. any veggies

7. any veggies you want
                                                                                     mix all this up in
take all these foods and mix then in                                      a bowl...Make
a bowl...Then throw them all in a                                          burgers out of
frying pan...Cook it all up...Eat it all                                       of it all and eat
thru out the day..(5 or 6 meals)..                                          them thru out
                                                                                      the day...
8. 2 scoops of a low carb protein mix                                   
    (approx 50 grams of protein.)--I eat                                  7. 2 scoops of
     this after a workout                                                           protein mix

This diet will cost you about $65 a week...You can hold 8 to 10% all day long on this and still give your system a good rest/cleanings on "FAst days"...Never hungry on this...Even lets you get messed up on Fridays :D...FYI (apple cidar vinegar is taken every day but sunday)...Tues/Fri/Sundays are great blazing days on this diet ;) Also this diet gives you a sense of total being in control without being a robot...
