Falcan here is my diet...I think you will enjoy it
Mon and Wednesday Tues Thurs

1. 1 dozen egg whites 1. Water fast 1. 2 dozen egg
2 yolks -water only(2gals-min) whites/4 yolks
4grams Vit-C
2. 1 pound of chicken breast 1 Lemon/ACVinegar 2. 2 cans of tuna
1 with nature today
3. 6 oz of buffalo 3. 6 oz buffalo
4. 1/4 can of almonds 4. 1/4 can almond
5. 2 bags of success brown rice 5. 2 cups oats
6.2 cups of oats 6. any veggies
7. any veggies you want
mix all this up in
take all these foods and mix then in a bowl...Make
a bowl...Then throw them all in a burgers out of
frying pan...Cook it all up...Eat it all of it all and eat
thru out the day..(5 or 6 meals).. them thru out
the day...
8. 2 scoops of a low carb protein mix
(approx 50 grams of protein.)--I eat 7. 2 scoops of
this after a workout protein mix

3. juice from 1 lemon 2. 1 pound fish juice from fruit
1 orange 1 grapefruit and veggies

4. 2 scoops of protein mix 4 yolks both seprate
5. Chips/Salsa(as much as when drinking
you want) 12 pack beer(any) 4. 1/2 can almonds
2. 2g VitC
5. salad with AppleCVinegar
3.Coffee
(sun. only)
4. 2 gals/H2O
1with nature
This diet will cost you about $65 a week...You can hold 8 to 10% all day long on this and still give your system a good rest/cleanings on "FAst days"...Never hungry on this...Even lets you get messed up on Fridays
...FYI (apple cidar vinegar is taken every day but sunday)...Tues/Fri/Sundays are great blazing days on this diet
Also this diet gives you a sense of total being in control without being a robot...
