Every Nasser workout i saw on a BFTO was pretty weak but it was contest time and who can say what he was doing was wrong?

nasser always uses the pre-exhaustion technique and this is why you always see him doing the press movement with considerably light weights.. i tried this technique (before knowing that nasser was using it by the way) and it has great benefits..
