Nasser was a great bodybuilder which is why people still talk about him many years after he retired.

But 225 for 4 reps on the flat bench?? :o Must have been a hell of a pre exhaust

Why was Nasser treating the workout like it was some kind of competition and in actual fact from the bid jay won For their size not extraordinarily strong

nasser always uses the pre-exhaustion technique and this is why you always see him doing the press movement with considerably light weights.. i tried this technique (before knowing that nasser was using it by the way) and it has great benefits..

Is it just a coincidence that the people complaining at the weights Nasser is using are ones who will never compare to him in terms of physique or contest placings?

Nasser was a bodybuilder not a powerlifter, i.e. his goal was not to always lift heavy.  Nonetheless he did lift heavy at times when he was not pre-exhausting
