?, i know there's plenty of pro's who use way more, but trust me when i say that if 1500mg of test and 400mg of deca + 6iu of GH, followed with 20 iu's of insulin postworkout ain't alot, you should think about choosing another hobby.

but i query.......that ridiculous jump that ronnie made around 97-98 was due in very large part to chad nicholes..............ch ad is not known for anything in regards to training or diet, he is known as chemical guru, whose theories center around many compounds in very high doses.

There wasn't a ridiculous jump in 97-98. He just got his condition right. His jump was more 1995 to 1996 but in 1996 he was close to the 98 size and just fucked up at th 97 O.

I dunno what its like in America but gym dosages here are 750-1000mg test e or sust a wk,400-600mg deca or equip a wk and 4iu gh daily

one of the reasons deca is so popular is that it is chemically deactivated in the prostate, scalp, and skin. this means that while muscle tissues absorb the compound and benefit from it, the cells in the prostate, scalp, and skin do not... therefore prostate growth, baldness, and acne, the dreaded side effects of anabolic steroids, arent really a problem with deca...

It also increased red blood cell production leads to greater endurance during bb and cardio, the appetite is stimulated as well. also bone density is actually increased too, making deca very popular with powerlifters. bottom line – deca makes you grow

I had pretty much all side effects, light hairloss, gyno, decadick... from test/deca stack.

i wonder what causes that? some get everything others barely nothing... can it be only genetics? not dose or diet related, like higher vs lower intakes of fat would cause more/less gyno for example?...

It's all fucking genetics.

I had tamox for gyno, viagra for decadick, but after 4 month the hairloss was pretty bad than i stopped... after that test only, almost no sideeffects.

I haven't used deca but it seems possible that the two compounds together could produce sides that you wouldn't get from one or the other alone. Rx's T might have been more prone to dht conversion or aromatase when there's deca floating around and prolactin issues. Prolactin and aromatase is gyno city I would think.

Have to disagree with you Rx about sides being all genetics tho. A vegetable rich diet will help with all sorts of issues imo. Of course, genetics will be a factor as with anything and having ancillaries on hand is prudent, but I don't believe good or bad diet and lifestyle will have no impact. Whether it's up to the challenge is the question.

You're right Tape, it's not really all genetics. With a good vegetable rich diat you can countersteer some of the side effects, if you body responds to it.
But i'm not a perfect diet type of guy, i love to eat and bulk
