About 2000-2500 on a cut day, 3000-3500 on a bulk day.
Right now I'm recomping, staying at the same weight with alternating cut and bulk days.
Ok, so you eat the same type of foods and just reduce the portions?
First time I hear of a cut-bulk day, do you alternate/change from a cut to bulk on a day to day basi or is it like 5 days on 2000 calories and the next 4 on 3000?
Another thing, I've been reading past posts since I registered and saw one were you say you only eat 2-3 meals a day, is this true?
