Yes exactly, I always make sure to get 1g protein / lb of lean body weight though.

I alternate the cut / bulk days according to my weight. If I'm above target weight, I do a cut day, if I'm below, it's a bulk day.

I eat 1 solid meal on a cut day and 2 solid meals on a bulk day. But I always drink a 100g protein shake in addition to that.

Is this something that evolved out of "Adonis Principles", or is it unique to you?  ???

Don't know what TA does right now, I always did my own thing, we just happened to come to the same conclusions on some issues.

I make one big shake in the morning but I don't drink it all at once, I drink it during the day.

Thanks, its interesting to see you're getting great results with an approach that goes against a lot of bodybuilding "dogma".
I've also been reading a lot of these Adonis Principles on this forum and it seems pretty similar to what you do. Are you following that?

Well, obviously TA and me are on common ground when it comes to these issues:

Not really, but you have to get used to drinking it at room temp. You can also make several smaller shakes during the day of course, I'm just way too lazy for that.
