There is no doubt rob zombie is suffering some kind of brain damage. This flick was so transparent, you could almost see him going "yeah that's right, spit up more fake blood! oh yeah the kids will eat this up! They're all idiots anyway yeahhhh". It was quite sad. I swore when I walked out on house of a thousand corpses I would not suffer through another of his shit movies. Wasting 11 bucks and almost an hour of my time and hearing my boys girl whining "I'm so scared!" the whole damn time is my fitting punishment. NEVER AGAIN!!!

all this reimagining and digging up old franchises to put new spin for this generation totally kills what was once great.especially halloween 1 and 2.john carpenter filmed it on his own budget ,created the music,used that painted william shatner mask and created truly one of the best horror movies ever.now zombie probably a john carpenter fan took it and ran it FULL SPEED.what made the original so good was the way michael myers was portrayed and how loomis who acted crazy himself due to being obsessed with his patient .he was described not as michael but the 'SHAPE'in credits
