I don't train.
What I do though, is stretch each morning (sometimes in the evening too) and aim to do some light exercise (walking, swimming, a hike) each day. I also try to get a few massages in, and I eat pretty much whatever I want. I see vacations as a great time to recouperate, as when I am not vacationing, I am training real hard.
A related question to yours though, is for people on a cycle, do you modify it when on vacation.
PS - (and no gay jokes please), but I sometimes take a "broomstick" (wooden bar) with me. This is quite common for Olympic lifters to do, to practice lift motions as part of the stretching process and maintain flexibilty.
