This pic was taken 2 weeks ago about 185lbs here, only 10lbs above my contest weight from back in June and iv missed allot of workouts etc slackin off partying and drinking etc. After the show i took it easy just maintained weight, now phase 2 of my off season diet beings as of Sept 1st, should get up to around 200lbs, but no more as i'll be doing cardio this time.

im not sure now really, last year they were 19.5" pumped off season, but i don't think iv put much more size on them yet, im just focusing on bring up the legs more and just kind of refining everything else and slowing adding mass.
