i hate that, all of those corporate gyms are the same, the skinny twink membership counselors with the faux hawks and tight polo shirts are always trying to give u tours and sell u a membership........

u can tell them however many times u want that u just want to pay ur 15 or 20 bux and train for that day, but noooooooooo, they want to sell u a membership....

its so homo its not even funny.

They tried to pull that shit on me at Lifetime.

I printed a free week pass off of their site and they tried to "attach" it to a membership if i joined. So I got in the guys face asked him if he is going to honor the pass or do they practice false advertising, as their was nothing on the pass that said anything about membership required.

The little cock went and got a manager, who honored it. I almost didn't join because of that little move they tried to pull.  but it's literally two blocks from my house and it's a very good gym.

what a crock of shit.

i hate that bro, everytime i get a free pass someplace and just want to train, they want to pull this "tour" and try to get me to sign up shit......gym membership counselors have to be one of the most hated professions on the planet because of the way they do business.

I hear you...but these guys DO work on commission so I get it, they are trying to make money. Most times I'll just tell the guy flat out "listen....if i like the gym I'll join, if i don't i won't...spare me the sales pitch." They are usually cool with that.

I'll never say anything bad about my man Vince Goodrum again. Honest! I'm kidding, Vince, if you should read this. ;)

Seriously, I think GB is as much about respect as it is for shite-talking. At the end of the day, everyone knows it's nothing serious. That's why I liked it so much. Like the Wild West of BB forums.

Eff it. If my name isn't mentioned, it isn't about me.

If you have less than 1,000 post or...............

Have been a member of this great board for less than 2 years.

Please refrain from talking shit to Chic, Ron, Milos, or any other esteemed member of this board who has actually done something in bodybuilding ( this is a bodybuilding board ) or makes a living in bodybuilding without doing gay4pay or without the help of "sponsors".

Ive seen too many gimmicks and newbies of late thinking its cool to chime in on threads in which these members are involved and think its cool to talk shit to these guys.

Leave the shit smack talk to the vets on this board, and those who actually have a sense of humour, and know how to f*ck with someone with only the intentions of extreme entertainment.

Thank you,

Flexington " hung like secretariat on his finest day " Steele.

A bum , no doubt. A low-class mofo that they didn't want to dirty the place and directed him to the nearest circus. I love how this "thing" attacks all the new posters and call bodybuilding fans "gay" when he moderates the positive board and comments on how good the dudes look in their trunks. He has issues inside that conehead

Isn't Flexington the skinny little queef who ran away in a hissy fit for months because of the nasty wasty words typed at him? The same little anorexic who used fatso's account to post sick Holocaust stuff?

It think he should worry less about new posters and stop trying to kill the forum with his obese brother in law. How does Latifa feel with her husband and brother obsessing over a web forum?

Flexington " hung like secretariat on his finest day " Steele.

also, i just noticed this and some people will think that he is trying to be somewhat ironic (for lack of a better word) by posting that "hung like secretariat" bit

however, i get the feeling that this jabroni actually posts that moniker cuz he likens himself to be some sort of internet stud.

The 1000+ post/newbie caveat is BS. If you've got 1 post and have the good stuff, you'll be acknowledged for it; and, similarly, if you have 10K posts and are a toolbox, you'll get ripped a new one.
