Met Ronnie Coleman at a seminar here in toronto a couple of years ago. He was big as a house and strong as a bull. He was pretty cool.

Dexter Jackson was a total prick. He was ordering people from Muscletech around and he had them trying to wait on him hand and foot trying to pull rank getting him food and other shit while he was signing autographes at a gym down here as well.

Dorian Yates - very chilled out, deadpan sense of humour, relaxed.

Shawn Ray - very professional and easy going - got my photo taken with him and he apologised for making me wait.

Flex Wheeler - stuck up his own arse - very moody and full of attitude - also wore sunglasses indoors.

Mariusz Pudzianowski - very moody and sullen - nearly crushed my hand off with his grip.

Bob Chick - seen him on a few occasions round Vegas at the 05 and 08 Olympias - didn't speak to him but seems cool with everyone he met.

Dennis Wolf - again, didn't speak to him but seemed relaxed and chilled out - wife chain smokes constantly.

Ronnie Coleman - chilled out - visually the most impressive bodybuilder I've seen in the flesh - arms are mind-blowing.

Kevin Levrone - didn't speak to him but seemed pretty cool when I saw him.

Branch Warren - seemed a bit moody - massive legs though.

Lou Ferrigno - I refused to speak to him as he would have probably charged me $20 for breathing the same air as him.

Met Shaun Davis years ago. Seemed like a nice enough guy, but his tris were obviously fake and he had been putting back the pints. Kind of was a downer back then. Now, I'd just buy him a beer.

King Kamali - offseason at a guestpose (chill dude!)
King Kamali - Mtl Pro 2006 - chill again! was in amazing shape too! (1st show with Jim / Disgusted i beleive)

Dennis Wolf - mtl pro 2006 - chill dude! was surprised i asked him to sign a flex-mag with him, nobody appreciated Dennis yet at this point.
Quincy Taylor - cool guy. seems to be angry inside. (well we DO always see him talk shit about the sport) its all good. he was in awesome shape too.
Darrem Charles - cool, not very talkative with fans
Jonny Jackson - small but thick muscle
Rodney St Cloud - crazy and super-nice dude
Joel Stubbs - Huge person! i'd say almost impressive as seeing ronnie (which i didnt)
George Farah - cool dude!
Frank Roberson - Super Nice guy, always puts on a cool show for audience.
Paul Dillet - Saw him in 2005 before his comeback (Fat) Saw him in 2006 ( AT his comeback) show in MTL, looked great and big again!!
then in 2008 coming to MTL to watch the nationals, he looked like a stick!

Chris Cormier - fuckin baby mama drama for real man! lol as soon as the guy was out of the auditorium hes like on the phone and shit,
his entourage of 2-3 guys decidin where to go and what to do, chris on the phone seemed pissed that he missed the olympia qualifying spot.
was funny to see.

Fred Sauvage - Mtl pro 2007 - small dude, cool tho!
Milos Sarcev - Mtl pro 2007 - Cool guy! signed me a picture captioned "to my getbig buddy" and at the time i asked him, who's this clown talking trash about you named
Komyou, he laughed... (no disrespect Komyou, didnt know u that well at the time, u alright, i guess)
Daniele Sacerecci - Mtl Pro 2007 Amazingly nice guy! spoke to him in Italian, as he was happy there was someone there to speak to in Italian. he was asking me too, how did
u find my shape today, etc. I told him to duplicate what he did at his Ironman 2006 Debut, i told him he was phenomenal and needed to look like that in order
to turn heads agin. he took my opinion seriously. he was truly a class act guy coming up in the sport.
here is his best shape (ironman 2007)

then also at the same show, King Kamali again. still super cool! (with Jim there also, and Kings hot wife!)
Simon Voyer, hes from MTL and a recent pro. placed 11th at show

i see him all the time in local gyms. his Gf took care of my posing suit in 2009, she's a great person too.
- Steve Namat! also very underrated at that time. Saw him backstage and told him quickly, he looked fantastic and should keep it up!
- Christian Lobarede - lol ppl were laughing at this guy's routine, i was laughing at his destroyed quads and going WTF!
Tommy Thorsvilden - chill dude, just smiles alot, not much talking.
Troy Alves - super Chill
Fouad - before he turned pro, when he didnt get his pro-card in 2005. he was super disappointed, but he came
back in 2007 to the MTL pro and kicked ass!

Chris Aceto - met him on numerous occasions. Trains a few friends of mine here in MTL, he's the most down-to-earth
guy, calm, nice and really knows his stuff...he doesn't have all those books for nothing!
Chris Cook - didnt speak to him , was with Chris Aceto and he just came by to say hi and ask Chris what to do
before the night show. (right after pre-judge)

Markus _ HYYYYOOUUUGE! lol
i asked him to show me the pulse in his bicep like in his 1st move, was sick!

Branch _ seemed bored as fuck at the muscletech booth, like he didnt wanna be there and wanted it over quick,
so i didnt bust his balls, just said hi, shook his hand and said he was amazing at the Arnold. (2009)

Dexter_ caught him checkin out some girls ass with his buddies, actually have it on tape (remind me to upload that shit on youtube!!)
*it was at the 2005 Toronto pro, lol remind me you guys are gonna laugh.

Sean Ray - Chill.
Gunther - Smiles Alot

thats about it i guess. not too many.

Ronnie- a month after 2001 ASC win was ridiculous, huge and still ripped.

Cutler- a month before 03 or 04 Olympia, can't remember which... wide as a house.

Dugdale- looked like a normal guy who lifted weights. Was very cool though and chatted for a while.

Chick/Kamali/Tom Prince- after NOC prejudging the year Vic won. Chick was out of the top 5 and was laid back having a burger. Cool to talk to, covered up and hard to tell how impressive he was. Kamali was in contention and was locked down at the end of the table eating chicken. His parents were nice though LOL. Tom Prince was in a sweatsuit but was still the hugest fucking thing I'd ever seen. Ridiculous. And this was AFTER he got sick.

Lee Priest was a midget (same height as me) and aloof and strange, with huge arms and a look on his face that was like "where the fuck am I and why do these people like me?"

Dexter- Giant piece of shit. Clearly didn't like me because I am white. Spoke THROUGH my face to the brother behind me. Not exaggerating.

Titus- LOL. Totally wild eyed and rambunctious. Big arms.

There's others but whatever who cares.
