*note i saw Clarence De Vis for the first time back stage at the NPC Florida State Bodybuilding show 2 weeks ago,now i had seen his pics and in my mind had dismissed him as "another short lightweight non-impressive bodybuilder" ...i was blown away! (this guy was almost too big!),just freaking huge/almost Victor Richards huge/pics/videos do not do this guy justice!!!

He can be better than Henry...just depends on his conditioning...better physique than Henry. Anyway he's an open competitor not 202.

seems like you guys focus on condition much more than people in america.

if competitors here have "striated" glutes but are fat all over the back, they think they are in shape

genetics my a$$...given these guys would excel in major sports and earn a living. these guys are all pretty much the same. it comes down to the chemistry experiment and who has access ala chemist - jay - phil (2nd string D1) - some amateur in future.

What was that about the need for free weights and basic barbell exercises lol those machines are awesome i love em. Good video, guys actually gettin to hard work, not wasting time unlike many others.
