I think Miami will handle VT fairly easily.

GT and UNC will be a very good game too.
They are slowly turning into the Miami we once knew.   The OU game will be their JUDGEMENT DAY!!

I'll root for Miami, but I think VT will prevail.

Did you catch the VT/Neb game?  VT's offense was horrible.  They lived off special teams.  They do that against Miami's d and they will get smoked.

VT absolutely crushed Miami.

Incredible goalline stand by LSU.

Oregon puttin' an old fashioned ass whoopin' on Cal....wow.

Best kept secret in America.....Russell Wilson, QB at NC State.....he can flat out play.  Calm and cool.  Very accurate.  Only a Soph, hope he doesn't go to sorry ass baseball and sticks with FB.

I just heard a stat that USC hasn't lost a game by more than a TD in 7 years.  Thats pretty impressive.....not as good as two national titles in 3 years, but pretty good stuff.  ;D

Yeah it's true. But all those losses hurt.  They only lost one at home (Stanford) unless you coun't the Nation Title game at the Rose Bowl as a home game.   But basically the Rose Bowl will be SC and Iowa!!!

Iowa is SLOW.  USC will beat them by at least 21 if they play.  Mark it down...

Neither has the ACC. I think FSU was a 3rd party Bowl last year but other than that, it sucks in the East.

Huh?  Last I checked the SEC is in the east and they dominate every year.  Now if you mean the ACC and the northeast sucks, yes I agree.

If anyone watched the UT/Bama game today, the SEC should be put on notice. UT is on its way back, talk all the smack you want about Kiffin, but he was a field goal away(UT kicker was 1 for 4 on the day) from upsetting the great Crimson Tide. And this is with what could be the worst QB in the NCAA and two walk ons on the offensive line(Bama NT Terrence Cody outweighed our Center by 100 pounds). Kiffin can flat out coach, they outschemed Bama on both sides of the ball. I might be a UT die hard, but they will be back, and a lot sooner than anyone thinks. Also, Bama over the Gaytors in the SECCG to meet Texas in the BCSNTG.

"worst QB in the NCAA?"  Oh brother, give me a break, he isn't nearly that bad.  Watch some ACC football for that "honor."  Little Lane's daddy is what is keeping them in games this year....not Lane's vaunted offense, which has plenty of talent.  Tenn will be very good under him, because they always get top talent, even during the "bad" years with Fulmer, talent wasn't the problem.  But he will have to prove he can BEAT Bama, UF or LSU before it means anything.  Not to mention UGA, Ark, Ole Miss, SC....  SEC isn't for the faint of heart.

The top three after this weekend SHOULD BE

1. Texas - As a Trojan, I absolutely and utterly hate Texas...but they're the only team that has played like the number one team of the nation, all year long.

2. Florida - They were exposed by Arkansas.  And as long as they've got these crooked/horrible refs in the SEC carrying them through, they should be alright

3 Alabama - After their horrible performance yesterday against Tenn, they don't belong in the top three.  When you can't score one touchdown against an unranked team, you really shouldn't even be in the top six

BOOM!  ;)
just not good enough

ND's qb has started to form a habit of getting it done in the fourth,

....Texas looked like the best team in the country last night.

No doubt.  I didn't think BC would win the game (they lost a lot of guys to the NFL over the last 2 years), but for what it's worth, they always field a very good team.  With the recruiting challenges they face, I think it's impressive how they manage to have a good team year after year.

And yes Clauson will be a good NFL qb.  That system is the most pro like system in college football.
