Fox News Channel has teamed up with FDCH e-Media to produce the Fox News Channel Searchable Video Web site � the only site which offers video that is fully synchronized with complete transcripts. ...just a click away at www.emediamillworks.com

which takes you to the Fox Homepage ::)

Do they not  have transcripts anymore?

No clue I don't watch any of the major news channels, because they don't report the news

that's true for the most part.  It gets more true with every day.  I still want the goddamned transcripts >:( :D
