People give up because they apply unnecessary restrictions.In reality, getting shredded is so easy, it's ridiculous.

I'm about 10 lbs. heavier than normal! I quit doing cardio about 2 months ago! I'm still eating clean and fairly lean. I don't plan on getting any heavier.
Funny, same thing here. I also try to stay at a certain weight now (about 10-15lbs over my last shredded weight) and slowly recomp.
I think as a natural guy, too much diet and cardio eats muscle up like crazy! I used to over do both in the past!
2 hours sleep a night is enough.
