So, your asking how many of us have givin up eating? Diet: what one consumes for nurshment on a daily basis.  Well a rough definition, but you get the point.

with a built like yours you could do a certain way of dieting with a legal substance and be shredded all the way in one month 2 months tops. I started doing my diet this certain way about 5 days ago

People give up because they apply unnecessary restrictions.
In reality, getting shredded is so easy, it's ridiculous.

I'm about 10 lbs. heavier than normal! I quit doing cardio about 2 months ago! I'm still eating clean and fairly lean. I don't plan on getting any heavier.

Funny, same thing here. I also try to stay at a certain weight now (about 10-15lbs over my last shredded weight) and slowly recomp.

I think as a natural guy, too much diet and cardio eats muscle up like crazy! I used to over do both in the past!

I'm naturally lean I have to eat high carbs to gain weight. I would be ripped but still do 45 minutes cardio and eat way to strict.

The above pictures are what I look like on High carb, High protein and low fat diet.

This is how I look w/o cardio and eating healthy high protein, low fat and moderate to low carbs.
