I give Jay ass assload of shit here, but he's training smart IMO. He has all the size in the world so he's just trying to burn some maturity and detail in.
If he can do that successfully he can be a factor.

at a 1M or so a yr i doubt. if phil grabs his 1st before jay sees the 3rd one he wants i sure he'll have 2nd thoughts at some pt. it's obivous phil's 4 yr rise is all jay. u could say same about shawn ray turning pro so young via the john brown route. |

Looks fine to me, like he's hitting the muscles nicely. The only issue for me is the usual lack of intensity, he's always sleepy in everything he does it seems. |

Methinks Jay figured he'd be retired by now. he's 36. Maybe he had his reasons to keep competing. Vegas real estate ain't what it usd to be. or maybe he just got a taste of the O win and ain't giving that up.
