You mean how many calories of energy she would produce if we lit her on fire or something? Well... she probably weighs 700 lbs or so? If we assume 150lbs of that is bone, muscle, water, etc, that leaves 550lbs of fat. Since we know a lb of fat is capable of producing 3500 kCal of energy, that beast if burned could produce (3500x550) 1,925,000 kCal of energy! That's probably enough to provide heat and electricity to a large household for a month.
