My point being that Arnold, out of anyone, had an exceptional work ethic.  The same can't be said of someone like Paul Dillet, for whom the moniker may be more applicable.

This was filmed in 1979. What's interesting is that just a few months later, he hopped on the sauce, and after barely training for the past 5 years, he takes less than 2 1/2 months and blows himself up enough to win the Olympia. The only other guy I think that could pull something like that off would be Kevin Levrone.

arnold's an alpha.  he probably hadn't touched a weight in 2 years and banged everything in sight while eating what he pleased.  And he still looks better than 99.9% of the world.
