Most users of t-nation.com believe that one of their contributors, Christian Thibaudeau gained 27 pounds of muscle in 42 days. That's 2/3 pound per day...I believe Christian would be outed so fast in here.  ;D But it's a cool vid none the less...pure bullshit still though...
