I trhink some of u guys are missing the point. The current speech and post speech activities aren't what Barry and the White House originally intended. Once the backlash was felt after releasing the original speech and "lesson plan"...the White House changed everything and we're getting the current speech.

2.  Why is he asking 6 y/o what to do to fix a complex problem?

3.  What if a GOP president was trying to get authority to pass unpopular legislation, or trying to get support for say, a war, that was stalled and then said that to school children?

Go look at the lesson plan attached to the speech...I had a huge problem with that. It said things like what can u do for President Obama. Sorry but we don't do things for President Obama, we do things for the country, or the office of the President. These kids will be in school long after Barry is a footnote. The whole thing was propaganda. The speech wasn't bad it was the extra crap.

Speech was great.

Original lesson plans were inappropriate.  The backlash was necessary.  They shouldn't have given any lesson plans around the speech.
