Shaun Joseph-Tavernier ~ Another top UK contender for the UK Championships.

Here is a pic taken of my good friend and fellow competitor Shaun Joseph-Tavernier.

He is favourite to take the LH category again this year and stands a very good chance of winning the overall along with a host of other top amateurs.

I have been working with Shaun since the UK's last year and he came a close second at the Amateur Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio back in March.

Since then his off season has been going very well and he has kept his weight below 220lbs. He is now weighing around 198 and when he came to see me last week I was gobsmacked :o

Its not a question of if but rather when he gets his pro card and I have given him 3 years to be a top 202 competitor.

Many thanks to Fivos for the photo which was taken 4 weeks out from the Arnold Classic earlier this year.

needs to lose the 1988 aerobic socks and not rock high tops to make his calves look bigger

perfect build for 202 class will do some damage in coming years.As of ukbbf nope zak khan all the for this year.He is in good hands this time.at least that is what i have heard.i hope those good hands are better than Dorian himself.

Much more streamlined look, and well balanced with no gut.

Shaun is clearly better, and would fare much better in the pro's than D.Ball (lol D bol)
