Good pics, except I dont think I would have Ahmad Ahmad in the top three.

As for Melvin Anthony, he is the man to beat at the AC.

Well first off, I dont think Ron will have any problem eating two meals ( lol jk Ron )

very true about being busy, but whenever i do see u, and your not busy, lunch is on me, but only if im wrong......but i dont think i will be ;D

and about your picks, does gustavo baddell still bodybuild. last time i saw him he was a shell of his former self at the arnold classic, unless u know something i dont know, my picks are lookin mighty mighty good !

see? I've said that before.

"top 3", "top 6" whatever always has guys who are well known even if they look like shit the day of the show, they have their places locked.

we'll see the lineups in a couple of days though...It should be a joke to see some veterans losing over new guys on the bb scene.

Ive got news for you...EVERYONE was a "new" guy at one time.  Plenty of rookies have done well over the years, as well as those from abraod.

Flex Lewis of Wales ready to show he can compete against some heavy competitors at the Olympia, with Pedro Barron of Mexico looking better than ever, and Curtis improving to his best shape at this contest....

Of course, anything can happen.


As for Orange Chicken,  we pretty much eat at the Cafe at the Orleans Hotel because of time restraints, but 2 years ago, they discontinued the Orange Chicken from the menu.  Shame on them!
