and kinda gather your life together but dont go fully onto sleep, Awake comfortably after a breif nap, have some kale greens with some blackstrap mollases and maybe a dap of pb and coffee, you will have near unlimited energy, one must repeat feedings of greens and experiement with fats and cofee amounts, always try to modify end of day/night existance to include a mini/or psychotically long workout of sorts
