This specific boxing PPV will almost certainly have more buys than UFC 103. That will make Dana's words look a little foolish in the event that it does. Credit that to the fact that UFC 103 has basically 2 fights with drawing power (even that is a stretch because as bad ass as Cro-cop is he still is kinda under the radar for the casual fan) Belfort/Franklin is a bad ass match up for us die hards, but alot of newbies and TUFers fork over money to see either title fights or Forrest,Liddell,Brock,Randy and names like that. Rich has been around for a while don't get me wrong but the last show he headlined against Silva didn't sell to well (granted it was over seas). Swick got hurt which hurt the card also since his fight had title implications. I don't choose boxing over MMA too often, but I will this time around. There are actually three decent fights on the boxing PPV. I'll catch the free UFC prelims on spike and then check out boxing. The remaining fights i'll catch on the internet the next day for free. As far as forking over my money, i'll go for boxing this time. I love both sports and have trained ( still do) in both, I just think Dana picked the wrong UFC card to use as a measuring stick in a pissing contest. Ps. fuck gayweather, Marquez is the shit (although i'll be realistic and say his chances aint too hot).
